Scope of Services
We provide professional skid steer services for contractors, landscapers, builders, and property owners who need the job done right and on time. We provide a high-performance Bobcat T66 machine with an experienced operator included. We handle: Land clearing, Grading and leveling, Trenching, Post hole digging, Driveway and concrete preparation, Demolition and debris removal, Material moving, Landscaping preparation, and site cleanup. We execute the specific work you hire us for, but we do not act as your general contractor or project manager.
Site Access and Readiness
When you schedule your service, we confirm availability and pricing. Our operator arrives on site with the Bobcat T66 prepared to get the job done efficiently. Your job site must be accessible and ready for work. If our operator arrives and the site is inaccessible due to locked gates, missing permits, or other crews blocking the work area, you will still be billed for the scheduled time.
Liability and Underground Utilities
We operate heavy machinery and are fully insured. However, it is strictly the client’s responsibility to ensure all public and private underground utilities, sprinkler systems, and invisible fences are clearly marked before we begin digging. Westward Contracting is not liable for damage to unmarked or incorrectly marked underground lines.
Project Changes and Delays
Your initial quote request establishes the project scope. If additional work is requested after the project has started, that constitutes a new scope. Changes after submission may affect timeline or cost. We will accommodate additional work, but it will be billed accordingly.
Payment Terms
We offer affordable hourly and project rates. We help you keep your project moving without delays. In exchange, payment is required promptly upon the completion of the agreed-upon work. Late or unpaid invoices will be subject to standard collection processes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, where Westward Contracting is based.
